Service
Stainless steel offers high weatherability as a nameplate material. Due to its hardness and strength, the processes involved are much more complex as well.
Printing and etching with paint are the main methods used. As for shaping and molding, it can be bent and punched to create various effects of color, gloss or 3D. Though the processing is much harder, stainless steel is still an irreplaceable candidate for nameplate material with its unique metallic texture and general impression of durability in conjunction with products that are intended to be used for a long time in comparison with other nameplates.
Characteristics
High weatherability; suitable for outdoor usage; resistant to rust with a metallic texture and excellent hardness.
Applications
Stainless steel can be used to make outdoor signs, equipment signs and machinery labels and even large process diagrams and boards due to its physical properties. Stainless steel signs that have been etched and baked with coloring offer even greater durability.
